Movie Mad Review:
I managed to catch `Wild Hogs' this morning, a movie I have been trying to get our site director to watch without much joy.
Its about Four middle-aged men (Tim Allen, John Travolta, Martin Lawrence, William H. Macy) who decide to take a road trip from Cincinnati to the Pacific in order to get away from their lives which are leading them nowhere.
Taking their motorcycles, these "Wild Hogs" tear up the road and eventually stop in New Mexico for a drink not knowing that the bar belongs to the "Del Fuegos", a mean biker gang, lead by `Ray Liotta'.
When the Del Fuegos steal a bike that belongs to the Wild Hogs, the four men form a plan to steal their bike back.
This leads to bags of humour, bar brawls, romance and just good entertainment.
I figured it would be like a lot of recent mainstream comedies where all the funny parts were in the commercial.
Not True. I started laughing within the first 5 minutes and didn't stop for almost the rest of the movie.
I would say go see it in theaters, it is one of the funniest mainstream comedies I have seen in a while, I admit there isn't much out there, but its quite entertaining.
The acting is as good as could be expected and non of the actors let us down!
`Marisa Tomei' plays the love interest, and for a 43 year old is mighty fine! Wow!
Yes lads! You would and you know it!
Go and enjoy it, I did!
